I am originally from Northbrook, IL., but I came to Texas for the warm weather and country music! I also enjoy exercising and spending time with my golden retriever Hudson.

About Me

I am a senior Child Development major and Sociology minor at Texas Christian University. I am a student in the John V. Roach Honors College, as well as a TCU Scholar. I hope to attend graduate school to pursue my Masters in Child Development. My goal is to become a Certified Child Life Specialist.

Experience

As a volunteer in the Champions Are Readers program, I help at-risk students develop their reading and comprehension abilities at local elementary schools surrounding TCU. In addition, I have volunteered in a variety of other settings with children, including ACH Child and Family Services.

Approach

I have always been passionate about reading and learning! As a tutor, I hope to build relationships, help my clients grow, and show how enjoyable school can truly be. I will be happy to share the study strategies, tips, and tools I have used to become successful in the classroom.
