About Me

I am a senior double majoring in Accounting and Finance in the Neeley School of Business of TCU, and I am going to continue my Master degree of Accounting here also . I excelled in math and was interested in the economic news from my senior high school. When I applied for TCU, I took business as my major originally. However, at that time, it was the peak period of financial crisis. My parents were concerned with the tough employment after my graduation, and strongly disagreed with my majoring in business. To please them I reluctantly picked economics, but never gave up my dream. After I entered TCU and engaged in some business courses, I determinedly changed my major to accounting with the desire to follow my dream. During the following years, my great performance in accounting courses and my intense interest in the field courage me to pursue a career in accounting which is to become a Certified Public Accountant. I believe to continue my study on accounting is the first step to utilize my existing knowledge and to upgrade my skills for my future career goals, so I choose to take my MAc year here.

My short term goal is to find an internship in the following year to obtain the experience, pass the CPA exam right after the MAc graduation, and get more involved in the real accounting world. From the long-term perspective, obtaining a constant job in a big company is the first step. And then, my final target is to found my own accounting firm to provide the best service to people who in need. I hope I can achieve it one day.

I was a grader and a informal tutor in school. My tutoring approach is mostly like to figure out a most reasonable way to understand for both the clients and me. I expect the clients can address your requirements clearly at least one day before the tutoring, and provide me the materials you have questions. In this way, I can prepared well for our meeting and do not waste any of time. If my service doesn't achieve your expectation, I am really welcome any suggestions.
