I recently moved to Spring City, TN from Sacramento, CA and live on a big lake. My wife and I love to kayak on our lake as often as we can.

About Me

I am available to tutor prelicense and CE students on real estate license exam topics for both the national content (all states) and for TN state real estate commission regulations.

I am licensed in CA as a Broker and in TN as an Affiliate Broker. I have been an educator for many years and I am certified by the IDECC as a Certified Distance Instructor. I love to teach and help students by making complex topics understandable. If you want to pass the PSI, exam, I can help you.

Experience

I have been a real estate practitioner and licensee since 1982 and have vast experience in brokerage, leasing, property management, project management, financial management and other real estate topics. I teach Real Estate Principles at the university level and I teach certification courses for IREM and BOMA.

Approach

The difference between a successful student and one that struggles is very often the level of engagement of the instructor. As an instructor for both real estate professionals and pre-license students, I know that many of the topics in real estate are complex and not commonly understood. I can take these complex topics and make them understandable. I also engage students with humor and share stories of my 38 plus years in this business. My students have always given me very high evaluations.
