One passion people quickly learn about me is that I LOVE learning! Anytime I have a chance, you will find me listening to a book, reading, or writing. I have four boys and I love spending time outdoors. I also love to dance! Someday I hope to learn how to play the guitar.

About Me

I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2006 with a major in bilingual education and a minor in Spanish and I'm certified to teach everything from pre-k through 8th grade!

Experience

Teaching is a great passion of mine since I can remember. I've taught all grade levels from 1st through 6th grade in both English and Spanish all subjects. I'm currently staying at home with my kids, but I love to tutor online!

Approach

As a child, I struggled to read, write and speak English, since my parents still don't speak it. I grew up speaking Spanish at home and learned English on the way. I understand what it feels like to want to be successful, but not be able to because of one obstacle. My goal is to inspire others to not let any obstacle stop them from achieving their goals.
