I live at home with my wife of 10 years and our two cats and one dog that we love to spoil. On the weekends, you can find me driving for rideshare. In my free time, I like to browse the internet, watch TV, and go out to eat with my wife.

About Me

I am a junior Mathematics major at IU Online. I hope to one day be a teacher but I haven't decided which level I want to teach. I couldn't be more passionate about math and helping others. I have been doing it for 15 years and my love for it has only grown.

Experience

I started tutoring when I was in high school and I never looked back. After 15 years, I still love it. I have tutored students from middle school through college and everywhere in between. I have also done some substitute teaching both for a day and for longer term (up to three months). During my longer term substitute teaching, I was in charge of several full math classes and helped many students thrive.

Approach

I believe everyone can do math. You just have to be taught in the way that you learn. That is one of the things I love so much about tutoring. I love to figure out different ways to explain things so anyone can learn. I am also a believer in positive reinforcement and repetition. The best way to learn math is to do it!
