I love to read: books, magazines, newspapers, academic papers, research articles, and encyclopedias. I like to watch old movies and TV shows from the "Golden Age of Hollywood" (silent films, black & white movies, classic films). I like to watch documentaries and read biographies.

About Me

I am a student at George Mason University of Northern Virginia Online (Professional Studies) (Workforce Development). I am a student at RCC | Richmond Community College Online (Hamlet, North Carolina). I help nonprofits raise money for charity.

Experience

I don't work with students who are: geniuses, Ivy League, top Elite 500 liberal arts private universities, teacher's pet, number crunchers, test taking machines, perfect well rounded people pleasers, etc...I work with students of all ages who are struggling and drowning at school and in other academic settings. I work with students who are Dyslexic and or have other learning disabilities. I work with students who flunked out of math classes or dropped out of school and now they want to go back.

Approach

I don't bully my students into having to know all of the academic and intellectual material ahead of time to make my job easy and effortless. Instead of being a lazy "teacher", I actually take the time and effort to teach you topics & subjects you don't know but want to learn. I won't treat you with contempt and make you feel stupid and or worthless all the time. I want to inspire you to be curious and have a passion for learning. I want your passion for learning to burn bright forever.
