People quickly learn that I love to dabble in languages. I am fluent in Spanish, I read French, and I also enjoy studying Chinese and Arabic.
About Me
As a Research Specialist at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Stanford University in California I worked in the Laboratory of Dr. Brian Kobilka. That was a singular privilege because Dr. Kobilka became a Nobel Prize Laureate in Chemistry in 2012.
I've been portland">tutoring High School students for 20 years now. I have never tired from it and I enjoy working with each and every new student and share in their success as they work towards mastery.
I feel that each and every student comes with their own specific needs. And so some techniques work with some students and others benefit from a different approach. However, all students must have a sound understanding of the fundamentals of the subject at hand. I feel that my students grasp that in our sessions.
