Fun Facts

I am a fun loving person, along with my family of 5 where I am the baby. I love to travel and have been many different places, my favorite city is New York City. One other fun fact about myself is that I love game shows, Wheel of Fortune is at the top of my list.

About Me

My 1st career out of college was retail which included a Buyer of merchandise for a retail chain and Managing retail stores. Teaching is my 2nd career, I received a teaching certificate and have been an Elementary teacher for 15 years. I recently retired from the actual classroom but I still want to help students online with their studies.

Experience

I have been an Elementary classroom teacher for the last 15 years. I have had experience in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades.

Approach

I never thought that I would have enjoyed teaching Elementary aged children as much as I did. They have allowed me to see things through their eyes. I love seeing the progress in their learning and seeing that "light bulb" go off when they succeed.
