One passion about me is traveling. I love visiting new places and learning about diverse cultures all around me. I am open minded, humble and love helping people. I enjoy singing, dancing and reading whenever I am opportune to.

About Me

I currently hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Toxicology from Texas southern University with a long-standing background in the environmental toxicology, microbiology, chemistry, and molecular biology research field. My goal is to make everyone aware of keeping the environment safe and healthy to live in.

Experience

As a graduate student, I had the opportunity to tutor, teach and volunteer in some subject areas like Math and science. Even after completing my studies, the eagerness to serve is still there. I have previously worked with iEducate as a College Readiness Mentor at Crockett elementary School at the Houston Independent school district where I served as supplemental instructor/mentor to teach science and mathematics to fifth grade student.

Approach

As a child, I struggled in elementary and middle school till I found a tutor that understood me and made learning fun. In my six years plus in the academic/education institution, I have realized that student success is almost certainly the ultimate important element in education. I also believe that this statement is true as I am a result of student success. My thinking in life has always revolved around the teaching way of life and the concept of student success.
