Fun Facts

Sports fanatic. I can talk to you about pretty much any sport any time. Particularly I love the Indiana Pacers, New York Giants, New York Yankees, and the New York Rangers. Any kid that likes sports would love me as their tutor, I hope!

About Me

I am a sophomore at maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia, I went to boarding school at Phillips Academy, and I was a member of Prep for Prep. I am from Rockland County, New York. As I mentioned I love sports, but I also have a deep love for creative writing and history.

While I have never formally tutored before, I often tutored my friends throughout middle school and high school. I found that in the past my friends have always benefited from my help, but I have benefited just as much in teaching them. Every time I have thoroughly enjoyed the process of identifying the problem and fixing it!

I think my approach changes case by case. I want to have a connection with my student, and really understand how he/she is motivated to learn. I want to be their friend and confidant. If they trust me, they will be more likely to listen to me and work to fulfill their goals as a student.
