One passion people quickly learn about me is my passion for travel! I love experiencing other cultures and have visited Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain, Germany, France, New Zealand and South Korea! I love eating the foods of different cultures as well!

About Me

I am a retired English teacher of 22 years. I have two adult daughters, one of whom is an elementary school principal. This past summer, I became a grandmother of TWO baby boys!

Experience

I am an experienced English Language Arts teacher of 22 years. I taught middle school and high school students, and chaperoned students on trips to Washington DC, Virginia, France and Spain.

Approach

As a teacher, I learned that every student can be successful. People learn in different ways, and information can be presented visually, graphically, kinesthetically and/ or musically. Connecting with students and understanding how they learn best is the key to their success.
