About Me

I am a Nutrition and Dietetics student pursuing a Associate's for Transfer in Biology at Cerritos Community College. I want to be a dietitian one day because health is incredibly important to me. I want to be able to share my knowledge to improve the lives of everyone who's willing to listen.

Experience

I always loved helping classmates understand material and helped a lot of people pass classes throughout my time as a student. More recently, one of my friends failed the ASVAB (job test for the military). She asked me to tutor her and I did. Previously she scored a 23. After tutoring with me, she improved her score significantly and passed with a 74 (max 99).

Approach

Growing up I was always good with school. It didn't really matter what subject, things seemed to click quickly. The teachers would usually sit me next to students who were struggling and I learned how to use different strategies to help my fellow peers understand the subject material.
