I love to travel and experience different cultures. I have recently returned Australia where I spent three months backpacking the east coast.

I am a huge sports fan and love my New York Yankees and New York Giants (superbowl Champions!!)

About Me

I am a twenty three year old graduate of salisbury">salisbury-university">salisbury">Salisbury University. I earned my Bachelor's degree in secondary education with a concentration in mathematics in May of 2010. Shortly after college, I moved to Washington, D.C., and began working as a data analyst for a prestigious law firm. I have recently moved to the maryland/baltimore">Baltimore area where I hope to become a successful math teacher.

I had the pleasure of maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring several students during the 2010-2011 school year. One of my students was a seven year old first grader who was challenged with ADHD. I tutored him in reading and writing skills and helped him complete his daily homework assignments. I also tutored an eighteen year old high school senior in Algebra II and a sixteen year old student in summer school for Algebra I. I am very passionate about education and mathematics and excited to maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutor and mentor more students through Frog maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">Tutoring.

I strive to take a very student-centered approach when maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring my students. My goal is for them to become self-learners and eventually be successful students without the aide of a maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutor. I build their confidence and foster their abilities by celebrating small accomplishments, building off the fundamentals and practicing effective test taking skills.
