Fun Facts

One thing that is interesting about me is that I'm both an engineering student and a screenwriter, my favorite genres to write are thrillers and crime mysteries. Also, two of my favorite things to do are reading novels and riding roller coasters.

About Me

I am in the Graduate program for Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cal State Fullerton. I am a member of both NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) and SWE (Society of Women Engineers). Upon receiving my Master's degree, I plan to work in the field aerospace, space exploration in particular.

Experience

As a former robotics middle school teacher, former substitute teacher (elementary through high school), and current grad student (having tutored classmates in math and science), I have been fortunate enough to teach and tutor students at all levels.

Approach

I believe in breaking difficult concepts down to their most basic level to enhance student learning. When covering new or unfamiliar topics, I believe in presenting explanations, rules, theories, tips and examples to help the student grasp the material and have confidence in their abilities.
