I am passionate about the ocean and everything in it. I love diving, surfing, sailing, and just sitting on the beach. I have traveled a couple different places including Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and Panama.
About Me
I am currently working on my MS in Marine biology at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I earned my BS in Marine Biology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I intend to continue my education while doing research at the University.
I TA for introductory biology courses as well as Microbial diversity and ecology at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I also taught Into biology courses as a TA at the University of Hawaii. I have had lots of experience working one on one with students in the lab.
I think learning is all about the way you study. Teaching study methods can help students who are lost to find a different way to learn. Each person is different and their are different approaches that can be taken based on what kind of learner the specific person is. I believe phoenix">tutoring can be extremely helpful for students who need to find different ways of learning and different perspectives to look at problems. When I first started my undergrad, I immediately had a difficult time, I fell behind in chemistry and math and was completely lost, I hired a phoenix">tutor and they taught me I was studying wrong and showed me different ways to learn the material in less time. By the time of graduation I was on the deans list.
