I love animals! have a 22-year-old son that is a career firefighter! and a 2yr old grandson that loves spiderman :)
I love to help others, educate the world and find pure joy helping others succeed. I have lived in Virginia my whole life but moved around northern and central VA. I LOVE TO TRAVEL! I LOVE to learn other cultures and explore !

About Me

I am a RN of 13 years with a bachelor's degree and working on my NP as we speak. I find pure joy helping others and give it 100%. I know the true value of a GOOD tutor. I relied on tutors my whole college career and know the difference in the ones that really cared about their work. I am a mom, grandma, wife and daughter to my 80 yr old parents. I LOVE working with children and helping anyone become a rockstar in any subject they struggle with. I ESPECIALLY enjoy teaching nursing students!

Experience

I have 13 years' experience as an RN, mostly in the ER, I mentored many nursing and Ems students over the years. I have tutored nursing students for the NCLEX HESI, and TEAS test. I have tutored in writing Apa format at a college level, tutored preschool reading, elementary reading/writing/basic math/ study skills, tutored middle and high school level in writing, improving study skills and anatomy. My oath to you is to give 100% ! I take pride in everything I do specially helping others.

Approach

As a tutor for any area of learning, I bring patience, compassion, a warm heart that loves to see someone smile with their own success. I struggled all during school and never had a tutor that helped me realize my true potential. My approach is different for each person, but EVERYONE will have a tutor with a positive attitude that is dedicated to your success, no matter how small or big. I hope to be that one positive influence in your life that you remember forever.
