Experience

I have been a teacher (Western Civ & US History) for fifteen years and a tutor (World History, US, etc.) for twelve.

Approach

I like to teach history by making connections. I find that students understand better, comprehend more, and remember longer if the people, events, and phenomena they study in history can connect back and forward to other events in history.
