About Me
I love helping people make new discoveries and informed choices for personal growth. I have worked for many years coaching people of all ages and backgrounds. As we learn to navigate our interior worlds, and develop practical skills in our present situation, we increase our ability to reach long term goals.
Experience
My work background in education includes preschool all the way up to tutoring graduate school students. I have served in ministry with the military for eight years, as well as providing counseling locally. I have been employed in the social work and mental health fields, supporting both children and adults in their recovery process.
