In my undergraduate study in Northern Arizona University, I worked as a grader for many courses including Vibration, Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics. I also created worksheets and practice quizzes to help students prepare for exams and helped student raise the grade from a 70% to an 85%.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. So I think the most important thing to teach student is teaching him the study skill instead of the solutions. As a tutor, I will create some worksheets and practice quizzes more related to the textbook by my myself to help students prepare for exams. Every week I will ask my students some feedbacks to help me improve my tutoring approaches.
