I am working on becoming a better writer. I love communicating my ideas with others. I am also an avid runner and have plans to race in a spartan ultra this summer.

About Me

I am a future medical student and recently graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.S in Behavioral Neuroscience. I love the Spanish language and have learned more about it since I moved to Arizona this past year.

Experience

I have tutored students in my behavioral neuroscience major that often includes many foundational elements of biology and sociology. I excelled in the MCAT psychology/sociology section. I ran a pre-students of osteopathic medicine club and have been consulting pre-med students on their journey since then.

Approach

Hard sciences often come with confusing words and mechanisms and I struggled with these concepts when I first learned them. I grew in those subjects when I found a way to break down difficult topics into easily understood segments. While breaking down difficult topics is important, I also excel at providing a big picture perspective to what is essential about this information to crush exams.
