Fun Facts

History is one of the biggest passions of my life. I used to spend hours in the library reading about the Tudors and European monarchs when I was younger. Before I began to study history, I was a Classical Music Performer. I've sung at Carnegie Hall, the Met, and NYU's Skirball with various Chorale groups.

About Me

I am a junior, majoring in History, specializing in Early Modern History. When I graduate, I hope to continue on to get my Ph.D. in History.

Experience

I have experience with tutoring elementary school children as well as middle-school students on both Global and American History, as well as other various subjects.

Approach

I began self-studying History at a young age. It fascinated me that there were people who were long gone who lived lives that we live now, made decisions that not only affected their immediate surroundings but the lives of so many people who lived after them. My main approach is to help students understand historical figures and historical events as if they were happening and affecting them in modern times.
