I love travelling! I lived in Spain for 1 year and China for 4 months. I have been to many different countries and my goal is to live in Spain eventually.

I have coached little league baseball for 7 different seasons.

I love playing sports and video games. I love watching movies and some good tv shows.

About Me

I'm originally from Michigan and lived in Arizona for 9 years. I moved to Seattle 2.5 years ago. I love concerts, sporting events, playing sports, video games, and hanging with friends. I love working with kids. It's very fun and rewarding to me.

Experience

I have been in school for Education for some time now. I have been a teacher assistant for 7 years. I was a state certified tutor at a charter school in Arizona. I've worked in 3 different summer camps. I was an au pair and English teacher in Spain for a year, and I also taught English in China for a short period. I have tutored many kids privately very successfully. I currently work as an assistant at a private school in Seattle. I coached little league baseball for 7 different seasons.

Approach

I'm really good at teaching to each kid. My approach is generally to use the first session or 2 to figure out how the kid learns, and what they like, and then teaching them that way. I pride myself on being able to adjust to each child's needs and learning type.
