About Me

I am a 3rd grade teacher and have been teaching for 3 years. I am certified to teach all subjects for grades K-6 and have experience working with students grades 6-9. I love what I do!

Experience

Peer-tutor in college, current academic tutor for 4th grade and 7th grade, certified and practicing teacher

Approach

As a young student, I struggled with functioning in a whole-class dynamic. Working one on one worked well for me, but as any teacher knows, it is difficult to do this with every student, every day. As a tutor, I have found that tutoring is a very rewarding experience for both the student and the tutor.
