About Me

I'm currently a Junior at Baruch College and I'm majoring in Math. I chose math as my major because of my passion to help others learn and grow more. I believe I have what it takes to be a good tutor because the students who I've tutored so far grew exceptionally. Would love to share my experience with you and improve your skills.

Experience

I've tutored first-grade to college-level students. I've tutored 1st-8th grade students for more than 5 years+ in English, Science, and Math. I've only tutored college students in calculus 1, and below for around 1 years+. I'm currently a Math tutor / Assistant at Baruch College.

From a very young age, Math has been my robust subject. I've scored well enough in regents, in class, and in college. I've gotten B+ in College calculus/new-york/queens">Pre Calculus, and an A in College I & II.

Approach

If a student is having trouble with a particular question, I would first help the student solve the question. Then, I would give multiple similar practice questions to the student until student had mastered the idea. I would also provide the student with similar questions to practice for homework as the repetition would make them better at solving similar questions.
