I am currently a senior enrolled in sunny hills high school. I’m a varsity athlete, having played basketball all four years of high school.
Experience
Prior to the pandemic, I was a tutor for four years at my old elementary school. I did one on one tutoring with twice a week.
Approach
Growing up, I never had the opportunity to seek educational help from tutors. Being able to help kids feels rewarding for that fact, knowing that I’m helping them achieve in subjects they struggle with.

Having tutored for four years, math is the one subject I found myself constantly helping students with. My explanations are clear and concise and I have great patience in helping those in need.
Arts Tutoring
Drawing was always something I excelled in and had an interest for. I was able to take drawing & painting in my sophomore year of high school then jump to AP drawing & painting, a primarily senior class, as a junior.
Psychology Tutoring
I took AP psychology my sophomore year of high school, which was a class I absolutely loved. I was unable to take the AP test, but I excelled in the class.
History Tutoring
History remains my favorite subject in all my years of school. I love learning about the past, so naturally I would love to tutor in this subject. Additionally, history came naturally easy to me.
Middle School Math Tutoring
Having excelled in math in middle school and high school, this is a subject I feel confident tutoring in. Additionally, I feel that being someone close to the students age allows for a better connection which ultimately leads to a greater interest in learning. Besides that, I have four years of tutoring experience.
