I absolutely love to write. I currently am a news writer for my university's newspaper, and I also write lots of fiction. I have even sold a book of short stories at an art convention! Everything about writing just lifts my spirits.

About Me

I am a junior at the University of North Texas studying digital and print journalism with a double minor in Arabic and international diplomacy. I currently am working at the school's newspaper, where I won the Bob Stanley reporter of the month award in my first month of working there. My career aspirations are to become a world-renowned journalist.

Experience

I have been tutoring since I was in high school, working in a Peer Assistance Leadership program in order to help emotionally distraught children get back on track while giving them a young adult role model to look up to while they struggled through personal crises. In college, I have worked with several private tutoring companies to help provide children and teenagers with the help they need, while also working as an Academic Enrichment Specialist at a local middle school.

Approach

I approach every student differently, doing whatever I can to best shift my skills to their learning style. No two lessons are ever the same for any given student, and I try to personalize the learning experience in a way that only a tutor can provide.
