I love to try new things. Whether it's trying a new fusion restaurant or a new workout class. My favorite pass time is walking outdoors and doing stretches. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them.

About Me

I am an aspiring digital marketer. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Arts in Mass Communication from Midwestern State University in May 2021. I hope to earn a Masters in Digital Marketing or Mass Communication. My ultimate goal is to have my own digital marketing business.

Experience

In 2017, I had the opportunity to serve with City Year Dallas. I was a mentor and tutor for 90 7th Grade students. I tutored in English Language Arts & Reading. Throughout college, I would have classmates reach out to me to edit their papers and give constructive criticism on their projects. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills to help others grow professionally and individually.

Approach

I am a first-generation college student and first-generation American. I had to learn how to do many school-related subjects on my own. Majority of my academic experience was negative until I transferred to university. As a tutor, I attempt to bring patience and empathy through my sessions and create a safe environment where not knowing and making mistakes are acceptable.
