I am an atypical right brain / left brain person. My professional career is very left brain, finance, equations, etc. But, in my personal life, I am a creative artist and very much an 'artsy' person. In my life, I've found such individuals to be rare. :-)

Again, over 30 years of corporate finance experience, including roles as a senior banker, CFO, VP of Finance, consultant and Director of FP&A. As a friend has said, I've sat at every seat at the table.

Approach

For anyone that I'm helping on the Frog platform, I would first strive to access what their true needs are, get a feel for the person and how they like to learn, and tailor my approach to working with them to who they are. I don't have a one size fits all approach to everyone.
