About Me

I have been a teacher assistant at Phantom Lake Elementary for the last 3 years. I will be enrolling into grad school in a month to get my degree in Teaching Middle School Math. I also have a 4-legged kid named Kylo who acts more like a toddler than a pet!

Experience

I have been working with multiple kids over the years in multiple different settings. I have been a P. E. Teacher for k-5, I have coached basketball for kids as young as 5 years old-12 years old, and I am currently been a teacher assistant for elementary for 3 years.

Approach

Since I have worked with kids from all over with multiple different backgrounds, I have encountered many different personalities and ways to work/help them. It’s one thing to teach a kid something but it’s another thing for a child to have the confidence to learn and retain the information. Every kid doesn’t learn the same and therefore you have to have multiple approaches to help every individual child succeed in there own way!
