One thing people quickly learn about me is that I have four cats! Their names are Casper, Ozzie, Milo, and Simba. Me and my boyfriend adore them.

About Me

I just graduated Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in English. I hope to attend Winthrop's graduate school to become a school psychologist. I have a passion for helping kids grow not just academically but emotionally and socially.

Experience

I have previously worked with children and teenagers in grades 1-12 in math at Mathnasium. I also used to tutor elementary-aged children in my neighborhood, helping with their English homework and reading comprehension. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me the opportunity to impact even more lives of students that need help!

Approach

I know every child learns differently. That is why I use positive reinforcement and token economies to help with every child and adjust my skills to their needs. Instead of giving students answers, I feel it is my responsibility to not only teach them the content, but study skills that will help them be successful in all classes!
