Fun Facts

I love martial arts! I have been training for about four years now in various arts, such as judo, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling. I go to school across the country in Cleveland, but I have grown up in Mesa, AZ.

About Me

I am a science/arizona/mesa">Computer Science major at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). I have been studying for one year now, and in that time I have been on the Dean's High Honors list one time. After five years of study, I expect to earn my bachelor's and master's degree in science/arizona/mesa">computer science with a minor in math.

Experience

When I was in high school, I took part in two clubs, National Honors Society and Link Crew, which allowed me separate tutoring positions, bi-weekly, for two years in subjects such as Calculus, Algebra, and Physics. When I entered college, I used my work-study funding to tutor students K-12 in math and science.

Approach

My approach to tutoring scales, meaning that over time, my time spent with a student becomes more efficient, both in terms of covering material thoroughly while still having fun. I like to create individualized lesson plans that build off previous experience with a student to best fit their needs.
