I feel that my major helps me utilize both it is a challenging major but I love that about it. It keeps me alive and excited. After I get my bachelors I hope to take my MCATS, and apply to medical schools.
I have tutored for younger kids in my building, and family friend's children. It was a paid queens">tutoring job, I helped children study and complete there homework's. I used the textbooks the children had to familiarize or refresh my memory on the subject.
I feel that when queens">tutoring I always put myself in the shoes of the person I am teaching. A lot of people teach in a way where they would understand the subject. They are not considerate of the student. I pretend I am a person with no complete understanding of the subject, I explain things from the basics; step by step and make sure that every step is understood. I want the student to feel comfy enough to tell me that they don't understand something. I want to show them that I am patient and willing to help them.
