One fun fact is that I just learned how to needle point! It is extremely relaxing and enjoyable! Another fun fact is that I have helped looked for extra solar planets by sifting through data from SETI!

About Me

I have 8 years of hands-on experience as a teacher. I have a Master's in Education with a Bilingual extension from the City University of New York. I graduated Suma Cum Laude with a grade point average of 3.546

Experience

The following are highlights of the value I have delivered:
-Enabled students to pass bilingual curriculum and achieve tremendous growth on the NYSESAT language test.
-Leveraged strong analytical skills and solid exposure to education requirements for developing and implementing objective-based activities, assignments and materials.
-Facilitated students with dual language program by translating several unavailable books in Spanish.

Approach

Analyze learning difficulties to develop student-centric curriculum and lesson plans in math, reading, writing, science and social studies for grades one to five. Ensure highest quality teaching across the organization through continuous improvement of the teaching practices. Create and roll out action plans to meet student performance goals and improve instruction, academics, and social activities at school.
