One thing most people do not know about me is the love I have for traveling. I have done a lot of traveling and mostly enjoy are the beach destinations.

About Me

I am a MD- have a Medical Doctorate degree and with that I have a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in many different subjects. About 3 years ago I received my TESOL certificate as well which helped me gain more experience in teaching ESL. I have been teaching for the past 4 years and have experience in tutoring both young students as well as college students. I have taught English and Literature, Mathematics, History and many other subjects. I have a lot of experience utilizing the proper tools to keep younger students engaged and on task.

Experience

I have been teaching ESL, English in all different forms for the past 3-4 years. Over the past 2 years I have started aiding students with Math, History, Science and Nutrition classes. I have taught both remotely on different platforms as well as in person. During the pandemic I utilized the remote option as much as I could and that has been greatly beneficial to both my students and me. I have been teaching both young children as well as teenage-adults.

Approach

My approach to teaching is based on each individual student. This technique has worked the best for me in regards to adjusting the student to a new teacher. Each student has different educational needs and where some students require visual aids to help them understand different concepts, some students enjoy the straight forward hands on approach. When working with younger students I tend to use different visual aids and color schemes to enforce the subject. The younger students need more time t
