Fun Facts

Fun fact about me is that my favorite subject to teach is math but I love to leisure read! I am the oldest of 3 and I am from Jacksonville, Florida. I attended the University of Florida where I obtained my Masters in Elementary Education.

About Me

I currently reside in Atlanta Georgia with my fiancé and 2 beautiful children. My expectations are high for any and all things in my life, especially the education of others. I look forward to working with everyone!

Experience

I have been teaching for 6 years and I love every bit of it. I am moving to middle school this upcoming school year, but I have taught 3rd and 4th grade. I have also tutored Title 1 students( that are identified as homeless) over the past year.

Approach

Repetition is my key to full understanding. I still enjoy some of the old school style of learning like making multiplication table flash cards. I also know that having more than one strategy in your pocket is essential!
