About Me
I am a military spouse and mom of 2 boys (ages 5 and 2). I have had a passion for science since middle school and would love to be able to share the subject I love with all of you.
Experience
I have been working as an Adjunct Instructor for 7 years and have gained hands-on experience employing a range of suitable strategies to foster student learning. I consider myself to be a hardworking and fair professional talented at assessing and monitoring student progress and development of course materials. I am dedicated to fostering student commitment to lifelong learning by connecting course material to broader situations and current events.
Approach
I am a huge fan of hands-on and visual learning and will meet each student where they are at and instruct them using an environment in which they learn best. Back to the basics is a big belief of mine!
