About Me

I'm a civil engineering student at San Diego State University and planing on getting my masters at architectural engineering at Cal Poly Slo. I come from a family of 6, me being the oldest sibling.

Experience

At SDSU, we have tutoring programs for each of the schools, including engineering, which I am lucky to be a part of. I love working as a tutor for my school, so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity for me to work as a tutor outside of school as well.

Approach

I like to give my students room to try and solve the problems themselves, and showing different approaches to solve a certain problem as we go, instead of solving the problems for my students. For example, if my student is struggling with a math problem, first i would break a problem into several parts, so it is clear what are the given variables. Then we would look at what equations are available to us to solve that problem. Then I would give a student some time to solve the problem. After that
