I am very interested in military history. I stumbled upon a Napoleonic strategy class in college and I fell in love with it!

About Me

I am a recent graduate of the University of North Texas. I received a Bachelor’s in History and a minor in theater. This past school year, I completed my first year of teaching at Gracewood Academy. I taught middle school history and middle and high school English. I left to find a job with a bit more flexibility, and I am so excited to be a tutor.

Experience

I have tutored young students in many subjects. This past year, I completed my first year of teaching History and English.

Approach

I found school to be very boring as a child. I felt very disconnected from what I was reading in both history and English. As I got older, I realized that what happened in the past an teach us so much about the present and the future. I developed a way to make learning fun for others and myself.
