Experience

As a developer at Capgemini & Netcracker I worked as a mentor for the new joinees. I helped them in both technical and functional aspects.

Approach

I had good teachers. Everyone who we meet is a teacher in some or the other way. I strongly believe that what a person is what he has learnt in his past. So I want to be one of them when a person looks back and feel thankful for the things they learn from them.
