Fun Facts

I loved competitive swimming. I was part of my High School Varsity Swim Team for 3 years. My favorite stroke is freestyle. I also loved to travel on a yearly basis; next year I will be traveling to Portugal!

About Me

I am a graduate of Arizona State University. I have a bachelor's in Secondary Education in Spanish and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in Autism.

Experience

I have done my student teaching at Coronado High School teaching Spanish from Spanish 1- Heritage Spanish. I have also substituted a variety of grade levels through the district of Scottsdale Unified and have had long-term substitute jobs that required me to teach Spanish to students.

Approach

I have always valued the importance of education from a very young age and believe that a road to success is essential when it comes to accomplishing goals in the future. However, learning doesn't have to be a sole journey, it's important to find the people or community to help guide our students to use their knowledge to reach their milestones.
