I am fluent in 4 languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish. I also know a great amount of Spanish, but not fluent... yet.

About Me

I am currently an undergraduate student at chicago">Loyola University Chicago, majoring in Biology on the Pre-med track. I am also in the interdisciplinary honors program at Loyola. I plan to pursue a career in medicine as a physician.

Experience

I have tutored students from 1st grade to high school seniors in the last 5 years. During my freshman year of high school, I volunteered at 3 tutoring organizations and then created my own organization. I tutored about 50 students in Spanish, English, Reading, Math, Science, History, Psychology, and Religion. All of my students raised their grades by at least 1 letter grade. I plan to continue tutoring in college and helping those that need help in various academic subjects.

Approach

In the last 5 years, I have used 3 effective techniques that have helped all my students: constant repetition, visual learning, and engaging in subject-based activities. With these 3 techniques, I can guarantee better studying skills and better grades. Along with these techniques, I am very patient, honest, and flexible. These qualities allow me to provide students with a productive and effective tutoring experience.
