One passion people quickly learn about me is that I love Art and Design! I have been involved in these fields since elementary school and have even taken steps to open my own business providing creative services.

About Me

I am a sophomore at University of Illinois Chicago currently majoring in Mathematics and science/illinois/chicago">Computer Science, and minoring in Economics. I have qualified for the Dean's List since my first semester of college. When I graduate, I hope to pursue a career in the Chicago area in Analytics or Development.

Experience

As a member of the MSCS Tutoring program at UIC, I have tutored Mathematics students bi-weekly and assisted with test and exam preparation. Throughout high school, I accumulated over 50 volunteer hours specifically dedicated to assisting and tutoring middle school students with homework, test preparation and general teaching of Math and Science subjects.

Approach

Through my experience, I recognized that standardized and one-dimensional methods of learning disconnect a young students from their youthhood . I would like to approach tutoring from a fresh and individually-catering perspective making it exciting, colorful and memorable to all learning types.
