Fun Facts
I enjoy watching movies, going to the theaters and love the smell of rain. I live in the south tip of Texas. My movie preferences range between The Sword and the Stone to based on real life films. I enjoy traveling to Austin and Dallas as well as to Mexico.
About Me
I am a recent biology graduate from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. In my four years of college, I made it to the dean's list, became a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, joined UTEACH and was a DACA advocate. Previous to my college years, I graduated from high school as valedictorian, received the President's Award, and volunteered in my community. I hope to one day continue my education and achieve a Masters in Science.
Experience
As a member of National Society of Leadership and Success, I built efficient skills on successful leadership, personal growth, career success, and empowerment. As a child, I used to struggle with certain subjects, and I always appreciated those tutors who would be patient and helpful. This is why I am aware that not every child learns the same way or at the same pace and I want to be that tutor that helps them conquer what they one perceived as impossible whether that's by acing a quiz or their state exams.
