About Me

I have done a lot in my life. I'm a mother of four children. I worked as a substitute teacher which was very rewarding. I went back to school to get my Associate's Degree. I also earned my Human Services Technical Certification. Adoption is something I have always wanted to do, so 5 years ago, I adopted a teenage girl. My most recent accomplishment of mine is becoming a Certified Life Coach.

Experience

I belong to the Phi Theta Kappa. I earned my Associate's Degree with Cum Lau-de. I earned my certification in Human Services with Cum Lau-de.

Approach

As a child, I struggled to read. I had to have a tutor for reading. In middle school, I did just about average. I had some teachers that didn't care much to teach in high school. It was when I met my science teacher my Freshman year. She told everyone on the first day of school, that everyone in her class had an A. I have never been told that before. I wanted to keep that A, and that is what I did.
