Fun Facts

I was a Jr. USA Swimmer for about 8 years! I went after school every day for years. I loved the feeling of first jumping into the water. I am the oldest of 4 girls! We love to boat and play with our adorable labradoodle. My favorite artist Labradoodleis Taylor Swift.

About Me

I am a freshman at BYU studying Civil Engineering. I have worked with kids since I was 12. I know how to help work them through problems when they get frustrated. When I was younger I loved everything to be perfect, so I can help people who feel this same way. I honestly just love helping people and want them to be successful students!

Experience

I taught swim lessons for 2 years, which has taught me how to change my teaching style to help people best learn. While working with kids I have been able to learn how to be patient, when kids get frustrated or overwhelmed. If you are looking for a tutor for high school, I have taken multiple AP and College level classes while in high school. I have learned many useful skills over the past few years. I would love to share these so you don't have to be confused like I was!

Approach

In high school, I had amazing teachers who gave me resources to better my skills and allow me to help others. I want to share these skills to help others be set up for success. As a tutor, my main goal is to help teach students to look at things in a different light. Sometimes all it takes is a new perspective!
