Fun Facts

I like to play tennis and swim. I use to swim in high school; I was also on the track team. Currently I find little time to do any of the three. I like to have fun, and I believe swing dancing is the most fun of all dancing styles I can list.

About Me

I am a 27 year old female. I am the oldest of five siblings. I get along well with all of my students. I know that math can be a difficult subject; therefore, I am understanding when students find themselves frustrated.

I have been tutoring for over 8 years. I have experience working with mentally and physically handicapped students. I have worked with all ages, ranging from 9 years old to 48. I am very versatile.

I believe math is fantastic and fun to learn because math is a puzzle. Most of the time is spent learning the rules of the game, and neither the procedure nor the numbers lie. Once understanding is gained, math becomes fun. I have patience and the ability to use many different techniques when explaining equations. Each required approach may be different and unique to each student.
