Fun Facts
I love to share my newest experiences and knowledge gleaned from my medieval living history hobby!
About Me
Hello from SW Minnesota! I am a life long learner looking to give back to the communities around me. Watching students of all ages (yes, even our senior citizens!) realize that learning happens inside and outside of the classroom always encourages me to take my own learning further. It also makes my day when learners realize that gaining knowledge can be exciting and addicting!
Experience
I am licensed to teach in the state of MN. I've also worked with Reading Corps for two years in a rural community, and have worked within the RTI community in local districts for much longer. I love guiding students who just need a bit of extra encouragement and time to reach their highest potential.
Approach
I firmly believe that everyone can learn. This may look different for individuals, and the level of support needed, but all learners have the potential to grow in knowledge and experience. My goal is to help each student, no matter their age, reach their highest potential and recognize where they are in the life-long journey of education.
