About Me

I have over 10 years of experience and have worked mainly with high school students. Subjects that I tutored include Algebra 2, Algebra 1, Calculus, Precalculus Geometry, Trigonometry, and statistics. I have tutored math for years, everything from basic arithmetic through pre-algebra, algebra, trig, precalculus, calculus, and statistics, and have experience tutoring ages from 6 to 50. Most of my students struggle with one of two classes: high school trig or college statistics. Fortunately, I have a lot of experience helping with both of those subjects.

I have vast experience in and out of the classroom, teaching basic skills, regular and honors classes which include Personal Finance Literacy, SAT Math Prep, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, PreCalculus/Trigonometry, Geometry, teaching SAT Math and math/new-york/new-york">ACT Math/Science Prep courses as well as ISEE/SSAT Prep both privately and through public schools and learning centers, and hours of private tutoring and homebound instruction and also helping with online courses. I love math just as much as I love helping people understand math. I truly believe that everyone can do it confidently if they are shown how, no matter how mathematically fragile one may feel.
