I enjoy being outside and going for walks, running and playing pickleball. I have lived all over the United States and I enjoy visiting new places and trying new food.

About Me

I am currently enrolled in my first year of the Juris Doctorate program at Loyola University New Orleans. Although my current address is in Arizona, I am currently living in New Orleans, Louisiana and would like tutor in that area.

Experience

I worked in Education for 12 years as a high school teacher, football coach, athletic director and assistant principal. I taught education/louisiana/new-orleans">Special Education for 3 years, so I have experience working with students that have learning disabilities as well.

Approach

I am a firm believer that Education is the most important foundation to set up a young person for success in life by initiating and sustaining positive change. I believe that education gives a child the basic foundational skills to be successful, allows a child to learn about themselves and learn critical thinking skills that will be needed for the rest of their lives. My job as a tutor is to help your child "learn how to learn" through teaching them fundamental skills.
