About Me

I am a mother of a 7 year old boy, who is my world! I love spending time with family and taking trips with my cousin on off times, I recently went to Disney world! I have two little dogs named Daisy and Toro and I enjoy going on walks with them and my son!

Experience

I started working in a daycare at 18 and grew to love working with small children there! I worked as an assistant teacher at Primrose school in Texas for 2 years where I learned the importance of teaching kids to read and write at a young age. My passion for teaching grew when I became a lead teacher myself, now I hope to expand and teach children in a one on one setting!

Approach

I have found that learning through play is best when teaching young ones. Firstly I get to know young ones and assess the best ways they learn before approaching new subjects. Some of the most important skills for little ones to learn first is how to be patient and follow instructions. Kids all learn in different ways and they each deserve respect from caregivers to show them compassion and understanding when entrusted with teaching them.
